The Balanced Scorecard is a set of quantifiable measures used to determine performance. The measures selected for the Scorecard represent a tool for Agency leaders to use in communicating to employees and external stakeholders the outcomes and performance drivers by which the Agency will achieve its mission and vision while maintaining its values.
The Balanced Scorecard is comprised of four different perspectives: Financial, Business Process, Customer, and Human Capital. These perspectives provide the framework on how the Key Performance Indicators are grouped.
